If you are new to PayPal, go to https://www.paypal.com. You need to sign up with a new password, in the usual way:
- Choose type of account
- Choose your country and language
- Fill in: PayPal Account Owner Contact Information
- Add: Credit or debit card details
NOTE: For security purposes, each card may only be assigned to one PayPal account.
Finally you need to confirm your email address.
Then go into your account 'My Account Overview'
