All of us who believe in the possibility of world peace know the importance of long term work carried out by dedicated peaceworkers.

As a very old-established organisation, the IPB understands the importance of long-range planning and support. When thinking about your estate, you may wish to consider including the IPB among the beneficiaries.

For our work to flourish, a firm financial base is essential.

IPB´s main sources of funds include membership dues, grants and donations, sub-letting, sales, and regular support from our own small Trust known as the ILCOP Fund. We receive very little funding from government or business sources.

IPB is constantly in need of financial assistance, since money for coordinating and liaison bodies is hard to come by, and being based in Geneva implies higher costs than in most other cities.

Your donations and sponsorship are therefore most welcome. ANY suggestions of potential funding sources or methods will likewise be most gratefully received.

To transfer contributions to IPB, please click here. You may also contact the IPB Secretariat via email, form letter, phone or at our office below this page to discuss the best method.

All donors will be listed on our website and in our Annual Report (unless otherwise requested).

For further details of how to make a bequest to IPB in your will, please contact the Secretariat at the address below this page.

Note: All donations are tax-deductible; IPB is a non-profit association registered under Swiss law.

But wait, there are other ways of helping IPB. These are to:

COME TO AN IPB CONFERENCE
Join us at one of our conferences. They are ideal opportunities to meet peace activists from all over the world and share ideas for joint action.

ORGANIZE AN EVENT
Organize sponsored or benefit events: walks, concerts, exhibitions, auctions, or artistic events. Put on a lecture or peace event in the name of IPB, charging a fee for participation. Assist us in organizing conferences, seminars, and other events. Make us a banner for use at events. Ask your local library to order IPB publications. Distribute IPB literature.

TRANSLATE DOCUMENTS
Translate IPB materials into Spanish, French, German, Japanese, Arabic, and Russian. Translations into other languages are also welcomed and encouraged.

BECOME A MEMBER OF IPB
Join IPB as an individual member, or urge groups in your area to join as organizational members. Get involved with an IPB member organization in your country or region. Start an IPB support network in your country. For details, contact IPB Support Network UK, c/o Anna Rehin, 30 Prince Edwards Road, Lewes, Sussex BN7 1BE.

PASS ON CONTACTS
Pass on, to our Geneva Office, contacts with trusts, benefactors, or companies.

Through all these ways, as well as through the volunteer program we outline below, we hope to build a better world free of bombs and other weapons of war.
